Yin Yoga focuses on the deepest tissues of our body and their relationship to the bones along with the deep fascia networks of the body through this practicum, learn more about the connective tissues-joints, tendons and ligaments. Part 1 is Practice, Anatomy & Teaching Methodology and to help understand the benefits of Yin Yoga Physically.
Unique, esoteric and informative includes a Root Themed Yin Yoga class with Reiki infused Savasana.
