Distant Not Disconnected- March 2020

Greetings and blessings my dears.  May this rain remind you of Spring Renewal- that we are all part of the cycle of things, and that there are phases to every cycle.

And so in light of this concept of flowing with the Universal Energy on our yogic path, it becomes far more important HOW we come through these times than the WHAT.

*How can I associate with my Infinite Self not just the finite physical one?

*In the midst of constant change, how do I feel (& live like I feel) what is constant in me?

Everything you've done on your journey has prepared you for times like these. This is the place where we call upon our technologies of breath-work, bodywork and mind discipline. So that we the conscious beings can bring ease to the body, calmness to the mind and direct our energies to flow with the phases of the cycle.

*PAUSE*

A pause is a very special thing. It means that there was noticeable action before and that there will be again. The pause has its own actions, unnoticeable inner-work type action that could not go on to the same degree if we remained in the noticeable action phase. This is why we sit down, this is why we sleep. We are not always chewing, but still consuming, metabolizing – the other phases in this cycle.

**So keep up your daily breath-work: Alternate Nostril and/or BreathWalk with Kirtan Kriya moving meditation.

**Keep stretching the body & mind with conscious breath. Transform the energy in the pelvis from fear & insecurity to Self-knowing & an understanding that you have always been part of this bigger equation. Your existence is tremendously vital and therefore what you do is tremendously vital.

**Nourish red Muladhara Root Chakra & orange Svadisthana Creative Center then stop actively feeding them- let them continue to absorb the higher frequency energy of your positive thought intentions, the 396Hz & 417Hz sound vibration, even wearing & eating the color frequencies associated with these energy centers.

**Keep using your beautiful voices to sing & chant to stimulate the vagus nerve, calm the stress response and elevate your spirits.

"Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu." May all beings be happy and free from suffering.

I will continue sharing videos and live classes from my colleagues. Please be sure to check out and support them. 🏾And if there seems to be a need I will record and share some classic yoga practice as well.

Know that you and your families & colleagues are in my prayers; when breathing deeply may you feel the LoveLight that shines around you daily.

May you be in
